We blend Ishiru—a fermented fish sauce preserved by Noto fishermen—with 30 spices sourced from around the world. Our signature curry powder, freshly ground from whole spices, combines with fermented seasonings, ripe tomatoes, and onions to create a dish that's surprisingly healthy yet utterly crave-worthy.
The secret is in the grind. Rather than using pre-blended powder, we grind our spices at their most aromatic peak—so every bite releases a burst of freshness you won't forget. Our wheat-flour-free sauce is silky and clean, letting each individual spice shine with brilliant clarity.
